Important: By visiting Omega Medical Clinic, you agree to abide by the following policies. These policies help us provide quality care to all patients in a timely manner.
No Show & Late Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations require at least 24-48 business hours in advance.
- Please contact reception directly to cancel. Email is also accepted at contactus@omegamedicalclinic.ca.
- Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes past your scheduled time are treated as no-shows with applicable fees.
Appointment Guidelines
- Please limit visits to 1-2 primary concerns. Schedule follow-up appointments for additional issues.
- Walk-in visits are restricted to one problem only to ensure all patients receive timely care.
Test Results & Follow-Up
- Test result discussions require in-person appointments only — results cannot be given over the phone.
- Abnormal results will trigger automatic physician contact to schedule a follow-up.
Prescription Policy
- Prescription refills are unavailable by phone. Please book an appointment with your physician.
- Maximum 3-month supplies are provided per prescription.
- Refills from different pharmacies are not accepted. Patients must consult their physician.
Fees & Payment
- Direct charges apply for form completion and medical notes.
- We accept cash, debit, and credit cards.
Confidentiality
- Medical information release requires a written, witnessed consent form.
- Information will only be shared with individuals physically present and authorized by the patient.
Conduct Standards
- Our clinic prioritizes a comfortable, inviting, and respectful environment for all patients and staff.
- Our staff are protected from rude or aggressive behavior.
- Disruptive patients will be asked to leave immediately. In extreme cases, authorities may be contacted.
