NO SHOW / LATE CANCELLATION FEE

Our office enforces a strict No Show and Late Cancellation policy. Please cancel your appointment at least 24-48 business hours in advance. Please Note: You must speak directly to reception to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a No Show and the appropriate cancellation fee will be applied.

  • Please limit your visit to 1-2 of your most concerning issues, and book follow-up visits for any remaining concerns. Walk-in visits are to be limited to one problem only.
  • 4+ Family Physicians Available! Female Family Physician Available!
  • We do not discuss test results over the telephone. It is requested to kindly book an appointment to review your test results. You will be called if the results are abnormal, or the physician would like to discuss your results in more detail. Please ensure your contact information is up to date with the reception.
  • We do not offer prescription refills by telephone. Please book an appointment or come as a Walk-In if your medication is running low. We do not provide refills for longer than 3 months. We do not refill prescriptions faxed to us by different pharmacies. Please consult your family physician for the same.
  • You may be charged directly for services such as form completion and notes. We accept both Cash, Debit cards and Credit Cards. Please Contact us for any information.
  • We respect your confidentiality. You must provide us with a written, witnessed consent form in order to release your medical information to anyone (even a parent, a counselor, or a spouse), unless you are with the person at the time of disclosure.
  • We strive to offer an environment that is comfortable, inviting and respectful for all. Patients are our priority and we try our level best to make your visit pleasant and comfortable. We are completely supportive of our staff and neither the doctor nor management will tolerate any rude or aggressive behaviour.
  • If a patient is rude and/or aggressive they will be told to leave the clinic immediately and the appointment/walk-in visit will be cancelled. In worst cases, 911 will be called and the person responsible will be reported to Police
